Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. About us

ALLI Accounting is a sole proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry of the Philippines, owned and operated by Aldrin Adrian Bautista. These terms apply to every service we provide and to your use of alliaccounting.com.

2. Our services

We provide bookkeeping, controllership, fractional CFO and related accounting services. The scope, deliverables, schedule and fees of each engagement are set out in your proposal or engagement letter. Where that document differs from these terms, the engagement letter applies.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us complete and accurate records on time, and the access to your accounting and banking systems we need to do the work. You remain responsible for your business decisions, and for the accuracy of the information you give us. Final responsibility for your financial statements and government filings rests with you, unless the engagement letter says we file on your behalf.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are as stated in your proposal or engagement letter, plus any applicable taxes. Unless agreed otherwise, recurring services are invoiced monthly in advance and are due by the date shown on the invoice. You may pay by bank transfer, card or e-wallet; card and e-wallet payments are processed by our payment provider. If an invoice is unpaid after its due date, we may pause work until it is settled.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Either party may end an engagement with 30 days written notice. Refunds of prepaid fees follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Confidentiality

We keep your business and financial information confidential. We disclose it only with your consent, to providers who help us deliver the service under a duty of confidentiality, or where the law requires it.

7. Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

8. Limits of our advice

Our advice is based on the information you give us and the rules in force at the time. We do not give legal advice. Tax return preparation and filing are included only where the engagement letter says so.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for errors caused by information that was incomplete or inaccurate when you gave it to us.

10. Third-party software

Tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, Shopify and Stripe are provided by their own companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make.

11. Ownership of work

Reports and deliverables prepared for you belong to you once paid for. Our templates, methods and tools remain ours.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown above, and we will tell active clients about material changes before they take effect.

13. Governing law
