Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

You can end any engagement with 30 days written notice, and any fees you prepaid for time after the notice period ends are refunded on a prorated basis.

1. Ending an engagement

Send written notice by email to the address on our Contact page. The 30 days start the day after we receive it. We continue the agreed work through the notice period, and fees for that period remain payable. We may also end an engagement with 30 days written notice, or immediately if invoices remain unpaid after reminders or the engagement would require us to act unlawfully.

2. Refunds of prepaid fees

If you paid in advance for a period that runs past the end of your notice period, we refund the unused part, prorated by the number of days. For example, a quarterly fee of PHP 30,000 covering 1 January to 31 March, with notice received on 15 January, ends on 14 February. The unused 45 of 90 days are refunded: PHP 15,000.

3. What is not refunded

Fees for work already performed, including work during the notice period. Costs we paid to third parties on your behalf with your approval, such as software subscriptions. Fees charged by our payment provider on your original payment, which the provider does not return to us; these are deducted from a prorated refund.

4. Projects and one-off work

A deposit for project work that has not started is refunded in full if you cancel before work begins. Once work has started, fees cover the work completed up to cancellation.

5. Billing errors

If you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount, we refund the difference in full, including any payment provider fee, once confirmed.

6. How refunds are paid

To the original payment method where possible, otherwise by bank transfer to an account in your business’s name. We issue refunds within 14 business days of the end of your notice period, or of confirming a billing error. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to show it.

7. Requests and questions

Email us with your business name and the invoice number concerned, using the details on our Contact page. Free consultations are never charged, so no refund applies to them.
